Monitor stand for LC27RG50FQNXZA?

I have searched over the internet and it seems like the only option is to create somewhat of a custom mount to accommodate for the weird position of the mounting area. I am looking for a 75 x 75 VESA mount that would work on my monitor. (LC27RG50FQNXZA)

Most "X" shaped 100 mm Mounts also have holes to accommodate 75 mm spacing.
