I have bought a M8 smart monitor. But my laptop is not connecting through usb type c. HDMI cable is working well. Even my laptop ia Working with m7 monitor and another laptop ia working with my monitor. What is the solution?
The M8 comes with the HDMI to USB-C cable. The USB-C cable plug into the M8 and the HDMI plug into the laptop. Do you mean it doesn't work after both ends plugged in?
It's supposed to connect through USB-C to USB-C cable. The HDMI cable is working perfectly. But when I am trying to connect through the USB-c cable it's not connecting.
