Why does Samsung have a "no reply" email address for the developer contact on the Play store? It's more than useless, is it telling Samsung's customers that they don't want to be bothered??

companies do this so they don't receive emails in unchecked inboxes. Samsung has many email addresses and are always welcoming customers to contact them about any questions or concerns you have. you just have to Google the email.

Maybe, but why include a "no-reply" email address at all?

Pointing to a useful point of contact isn't that difficult, & if Google can include a legitimate email address, why can't Samsung?
