Help need
Some of my long time deleted pics always come back to Galaxy folder in the " today" column. Talked to support Dept team many times. Still happened to me.

Sorry, should be Gallery folder not Galaxy folder

Hi gungungun,

Did you capture the photos and videos using the Camera app on your Galaxy device, or were they downloaded from a media app, such as WhatsApp? If it's the latter, please take a look at the sync settings in the relevant app to see if it is set to automatically download files.

Some deleted pics n videos were using the Camera app in Samsung S24 to capture n some were download from WhatsApp. I had disable the auto sync feature. But these permanently deleted pics n videos still come back n appear in Samsung Gallery app. I have to check everyday n delete them again when they come back.
I am very frustrated. Hope someone can tell me how to stop it. Many thanks.

If it like all other products of Samsung you can keep it as a right were it is. As the only good android you'se MADE was the s6 then you got the best one with the s 10 pen but it's stop right then now after 7 years of experience with you are providing the best lies about you products as it is way over raided nothing much to be bragging about with out of line prices for what you are saying about your products and I will say it is a good waste of money to be buying a Samsung phone as there just headaches and the world best products to be spending your money on it is the most profitable most solid platform to invest your money with is bye your a one plus brand and you will have a problem free device with the world best camera and video recorder for the same amount of money and get your money worth.. Samsung is a very over rated company that ripped ingredients off the public to make them richer their that is totally a true fact of my own experience as a developer of android so that all of which my thoughts are about your products
