Hey Samsung Members,

 

I just wanted to quickly acknowledge what’s been happening in the past few weeks regarding the OneUI 5.0 delay. I know a lot of people are really frustrated with the delay, and that’s definitely understandable. I was personally looking forward to this update as well, but it may take more time in order to provide a well-rounded experience. We sincerely appreciate that everyone is excited about this update. Your voices are heard by Samsung as the moderation team and I monitor the community. We value every comment, and are trying our hardest to improve. Please give us some time, and I will share with you guys once I have any further confirmed updates for the OneUI 5.0.

Well, it IS great to finally hear something from Samsung's Moderators 👍🏻

I really do think, that many of the frustrated posts could have been avoided, IF Samsung's Moderators had posted something like this, much sooner. 

It is however, as they say, better late than never.

Appreciate finally hearing some official news 👍🏻
