A simple gesture from Samsung

During a discussion over an S pen broken into 2 parts and stuck in S pen slot. 
We understand there will be a charges for Samsung service centre to reinstate/ remove the s pen. 

In the discussion, the "writer" has actual proposed a good initiative which I personally seconded to the proposal and share here.

Therefore, we humbly request Samsung to considering a "free 1 time" service to all members upon facing such issue. After all, this should not be an regular issue otherwise members/ other may view such issue as manufacturer defect and likely hit hard in terms of reputation and durability.

A simply gesture and appreciation like this will probsbly win over many hearts 💕

It is wise for consideration. 

Hope this open up discussion could bring us 1 step closer between Samsung and its members.
