Its been a month since I laid my hands on the Galaxy A32 4G and my experience has been alright until I discover that whenever I bring down the notificafion panel it takes a second to do it and when I scroll within the quick settings panel it's like scrolling in a 24fps screen. This happens even though I'm on the home screen and it is much worse when I am inside an application. I already set the screen refresh rate upto 90hz, I cleared the recent apps used, I optimized the phone with the help of the in-built device care software.

Am I the only one experiencing this, is it just my device or is this caused by a bug in Samsung's System?

Really hoping this problem to be fixed by the next update, Android 12 is right around the corner and if this still goes on then it might ruin the experience. Dont get me wrong it's still a solid device, but this problem just bugs me off.

Thank you so much for reading😁

Hey there, Jake! Amazing day! Have you tried doing a "clear data cache" on your device? Also, do maintain a smudge free screen as it may affect scrolling on your phone's screen.

Hope this helps! Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. 😊

Is your software up-to-date as well? 🤔🤔 You may also try to enter SAFE MODE to check on your installed applications should there be one that affects your device's performance.

My software update is still on the April security patch and it says that my software is still up-to-date.

This Safe Mode, do I have to back-up my files?

If it won't take up much of your time, it's better to back up your files to be extra sure. But I think there's no files to be lost upon entering safe mode on your device. 😊

Thank you so much for the help😁
