AKG earphone

Hi everyone, out of sudden my AKG earphone not working. My S20 not detect the earphone. I dont think its the port because, i can charge my phone. Can anyone help?

Try earphone with other device .if it is ok ,then clean the jack.if you have still the problem then go to audio settings or restart phone.

look at KJ26 comment.. my akg earphone also cannot being read after the recent update.. after doing what he comment.. everything solved😁😁😁.. dont forget to tick KJ26 suggestion as solution

mine too. I cant pair my buds plus to my s20. It happened right after the recent update.

If you're saying this happened after the update, you should try clearing your phone's system cache. Btw, it's good to clear your system cache after major updates.
