Was little disappointed to find out that the Family Hub 6.0 in Canada does not have Alexa built in as it does in the US. Is there an expected date for Canada?
I'm very disappointed with this and feel like Samsung has mislead me. All their promotional material states Alexa built in. All this time I thought I didn't know what I was doing wrong.
We bought RF29A9771SG/AC couple of months ago in Toronto area. This fridge is running with Family HUB 6.0 or Tizen 6.0. As per my understanding it is coming with Alexa and Bixby built-in.
Unfortunately, I don't find Alexa on our fridge. All I see is Bixby only. I have seen all fridges in Home Depot display models have Alexa. I will appreciate your feedback. Samsung Support Phone or Text is useless.
