Others1. One UI 4.0 will be first available to the Galaxy S21 series. the released of it is i think late august or in august.
2. there is still no information to that i've only heard is the Galaxy S21 series.
3. Again go to (settings) go to Connection > then mobile networks > try seeing it by the network mode if the 5g is there then you're phone is 5g supported.
4. I think you're galaxy A12 is not compatible in 5g ready
5. Is go to (settings) > scrolldown > about phone > the find the software information > then you will see the android version of you're phone.
Hope it helps you 💙

Others2. If you're phone is a 2020/21 model chances are you will be included on the update. But again, just wait for announcements.
3. Go to your settings and check if your sim if its 5G ready.
4. Most of the time the phone is named with 5G if it has one like N20 Ultra 5G, S21 Ultra 5G, etc. Check your box out to find out.
5. If you're using One UI 3.0 onwards then you are using Android 11.
