I don't know the Best app but I always go to dictionary.com where it has thesaurus there. I keep my apps to the minimum because they tend to get hacked. They probably have an app by now.
Yeah, I am targeted by this hacker. He used to sit in my phone for 2 years in my Vivo phone and now he is trying to get into my Samsung phone. The safest position for my phone is the off position. So sad.
