OthersThis email is a warning to prospective SAMSUNG customers to avoid online orders. After having numerous issues with my order, I cancelled it before it was dispatched. This is when the trouble began, and I've learned from other community members that SAMSUNG has a terrible reputation with refunding customers.
- cancelled two large orders before dispatched, nearly $10,000 on my credit card
- orders were dispatched
- informed Samsung they were cancelled again, they confirmed
- order was attempted delivery
- informed Samsung they should be cancelled - no response
- requested update on refund - no response
- tried chat / email - no response
If you wish to purchase Samsung products, I strongly advise everyone to purchase them in a store and avoid the online shop at all costs. Compared to other online retailers, this is one of the worst customer experiences of my life.
