Blank menu boxes

Anyone know how to fix the blank menu boxes for apps. Can't reset smart hub pin boxes are blank. Unplugged numerous times. Held powered button down.

Sorry to see this issue from you. Can you please let us know the model of your device where your'e trying to reset the Smart Hub?
