ya i did that to force restart, just curious to know is this blue screen normal for samsung phone and why? i am1st time using samsung phone. never encounter this with other android brand. And i feel weird why my s20 ultra got sound when i shake my phone, feel like parts was loose inside. even i go ask samsung stall staff they also couldnt answer me why, indeed the s20 ultra demo set frm samsung also got sound when shaking. anyone know the reason and can share here. thanks
This is normal not just for Samsung phones, but must Android phones in general. This has got to do with modding your phone (such as install custom rom or even flash back your original manufacturer rom). This is usually what they do when your software encounter issue and they try to reset it.
However, for the having sound when shaking issue, I have no idea.
