We can troubleshoot by clearing the Camera App's Data and Cache. Go to your Homescreen/App Drawer and long press the Camera App Icon, press the "i" button, scroll to Storage, and press "Clear data" and "Clear cache". Did it work?

Hello samrlln,

Appreciate you are reaching out to us regarding your difficulty using your Samsung Galaxy S21 that keeps stopping and not working.

Aside from our dear Samsung members reply here, may I add that you can utilize the Diagnostic of Samsung Members app as follows:

Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version.

A) To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.

Step 2. Tap on Download and install.

Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

B) Diagnostics of Samsung Members app.

https://www.samsung.com/ph/apps/samsung-members/

Step 1. Run Samsung Members and select Get help on the lower half of the screen.

Step 2. Tap View tests located under Diagnostics.

Step 3. If you would like to run Camera of the Diagnostics checks, tap Camera.

Step 4. Your Galaxy phone will then run through the checks.

Step 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check.

Step 6. When necessary, you may need to manually run or interact with the corresponding function.

Step 7. If preferred, you may check specific Diagnostics and tap them directly to begin.

Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage, then tap Clear cache and Clear data. If it didn't work, try wipe cache partition. Did you recently updated your phone?
