I just purchased a QN80Q50TAFXZC television. It has no problem identifying my Sony PS4, but it is unable to identify my set-top box. The only way to add the STB is by manually entering the providers name. In this case it is Tbaytel which is a fibre tv provider in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The odd thing is that my other Samsung Tv’s recognize my provider (Tbaytel ) automatically just not this one. The manual list only shows US providers such as Comcast, Directv, Spectrum, etc. No Canadian ones like Rogers, Telus, MTS, etc. at all. It is almost like it does not recognize my geographical location. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance.
