I purchased my Galaxy Fold 5 as I have with all my other devices since the original.  I used my Samsung finance account as I always have. For some reason an internal error made them charge my Care + to another account that was eventually closed. They don't know what account they say. In the meantime they kept charging me 11.99 a month for the phone I traded in. 

The sales rep said it's my responsibility to call everything and cancel, and claimed I bought this device through another supplier.  I bought it directly from Samsung.  After 3 hours on the phone I was told they won't reimburse me for my payments for the phone I didn't have and they won't cover my Fold 5...

I gave them proof of the purchase and it being on my Samsung account but they said I am wrong, even though I'm staring at the receipt for the order on Shop Samsung.  

I won't be purchasing anything from Samsung again.
