Help po, I have galaxy m12 and I accidentally drop it po. Kala ko tempared glass yung nadamage. Pati dun po yung display, Last September ko po siya nabili sa online. Ask ko lang po kung covered pa po ba siya sa warranty? Or kung maycharge na po ba siya :(

May a30 po ako before, nasira din po screen niya last 2020. Nagblack po yung screen niya, then nung dinala po sa service center, ndi naman po sila nag charge 😅 pero idk po kasi ngayon damage po talaga siya

kung wala physical damage they'll cover it with warranty, pag meron it'll be voided

Nope di sia cover ng warranty. But you can inquire the replacement screen here at samsung member sa sopport. 😇
