Delay in processing and delivering device

I am forced to purchased a new smart phone due to an abrupt green line appearing on my screen and after using Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for the last two years plus, I ordered Galaxy Ultra S23 and it shows that I could collect the device from the SES in my hometown in Ipoh on 24 Apr 2023. It has been more than 3 days after I bought it online and the status of device I purchased still showing as "awaiting dispatch". This is utterly disappointing as I am leaving back to Kuala Lumpur after my holiday and when contacted the SES in Ipoh, they told me that they did not receive the device. After another 2 days, I contacted the customer service via online chat and I am being told that the delivery itself would take 1 week! Why then when I am about to make payment the system says I could get the device in 3-5days? I even opted to collect the device from the SES myself as I really in need to get hold the new phone! Otherwise I would opted to get it delivered to my place in Klang Valley. This is absolutely unacceptable as it is misleading. And upon asking whether I could get the address changed on 26 Apr morning, I am told by the customer service that Samsung unable to do so. Is this the kind of service Samsung provide to your loyal customer?
