When I eject USB flash from my phone the are is no option safety show.

there is I think like on all Samsung devices settings 👉 device care (or maintenance)👉 storage👉 press 3 dots (more options)👉 storage settings. There is option safety remove external storage.🧐😎

There is no safe eject/unmount option on my phone anywhere

How do I get my data off my Note 10 if phone is locked.  Find my phone doesn't work and all data is not backed up from the phone.
