Europe has one ui 7 on the s22 series and the s21 series, we just received one ui 7 on the s23

This isn't always the case. Usually Canada is last in line, being an S series user since the S3 model, I've upgraded regulatory most years sometimes every 2 years. But as of most recent years I have had the S6, 7, 8, 9, 20, 22, 24, and 25. All of which were the plus models. And we usually get the updates last. Also it really depends on your service provider. If you use bell or Rogers you'll get it far before chatR or freedom.

All Security Patch & OS Updates come directly from Samsung's Canadian servers, the Canadian Carriers have nothing to do with the OTAs. 

Doesn't matter which Canadian Carrier you are using.
