Samsung Canada released the February Security Patch + Fixes for the S24 series in Canada, on the SAME day as it was released in Europe.

Also, according to GSM Arena, Samsung has started "seeding" the S24 series A.I. to the S23 series, Flip / Fold 5 & Tab S9.

This must be a one off occurrence. I know for a fact that any Samsung phone that I've owned is always a month or more behind security updates.
