Hello everyone, i want to ask. If I format my phone, will all the data be lost? Can the phone be better or not? Cause my phone really2 slow, lag, especially when to take a pic and type😌

And I need to update the software also or not?

Or do you have other solutions to make the phone better?

If you do a format or what we also called factory reset, all data will be lost as phone will be reset to original as like you buy a new phone. As such, you need to perform backup first before performing a reset.
Most of the time, resetting could solve slow performance issue.

I see.. but for how i want to backup? There is app or something that i can backup all the data include picture, contact and etc?

To backup, you can either use Google Drive / Samsung Cloud, of which you'll highly likely need to pay extra to expand your cloud storage size. 

Or you can use Samsung's SmartSwitch app on a computer.
You can connect your phone to your computer using a cable and backup all of your phone's data onto your computer, just make sure your computer has enough space for it.
