I detected a vendor, or **bleep** vendor, that is selling apps as his own creation but were cloned.
Other than support, who should I notify?

Hey, question. Why does the app store show nothing but jibberish messages from users. There are barely any legible comments. Then on top of that there are like 0 ratings or downloads on mass. Anyone else notice this?
