Experienced the same but with rear. Update ng samsung is papangitin ang camera on my experience.

We have the same unit, pero hindi naman lumabo yung sakin. Something wrong with the hardware perhaps?

Probably but I am not interested with fixing it anymore. Samsung support is terrible

Yeah I read your posts. I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with your unit and there wasn't any resolution at all.

What is sad is when I posted one video here about my complaint, samsung deleted it. I was not able to access it anymore. As much as I want to be a samsung customer, my experience just made me get off of it. 1300 Dollar for a massive dissapointment. N20U
