Getting random texts

Why do I keep getting texts from 5415  saying access to GSTORE has been renewed I never signed for this? Is this a scam???

Sounds like spam message. Block it if you are sure never signed.

Hi, Please block the message as suggested by Tallman, by following the below steps:

From the Home screen, tap the Messages icon >> Tap Menu >> Settings >> Block numbers and messages >> Block numbers.
