@mohdakhbar, try check google play store version. You might need to update to latest version.

Open google play store >> Click your Profile Picture >> click settings >> click about google play store >> click update play store then restart your phone.

If still persist try disconnet your wifi if you are connected to wifi

I've solved my issue. Crack my head tho. Try install 3rd party android update. From there, update your google play apps. Then restart. After, back to normal again. Good luck
