OthersI have samsung galaxy buds that I bought from Amazon Canada on 23 December 2019.I got complaints from my friends and famile who suffer from WHISTLE AND POOR SOUND QUALITY while calling me.Also the overall SOUND QUALITY IS POOR while listening to music.I contacted Samsung Canada.They said I have US MODEL WITH WARRANTY and transferred me to SAMSUNG USA.The Samsung USA said I need to go to SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CANADA.I did.After all this long journey,Samsung customer service said I need to TRAVEL TO USA TO FIX THE ISSUE!
THE GIRL THERE DIDN'T EVEN SAY SORRY.SHE SAID GO TO USA WITH YOUR AIRBUDS.WE CAN DO NOTHING HERE FOR YOU!
SO THE AIRBUDS ARE USELESS NOW.
WASTE OF MONEY,HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAKE WARRANTY!

OthersHi Samsung_nUiMNRb, We understand your concern. Samsung doesn't provide international warranty for buds, phones etc., except notebooks. I suggest you to check with Amazon and they would help you with further options.

OthersHi Samsung_nUiMNRb, Any Samsung mobile is not covered under international warranty and the device can be serviced under warranty only in the country of purchase. I suggest you reach out to Samsung US support and check if they can help you.
