Hi PeaceA, Please make sure that the Samsung Health and Galaxy wearable apps are updated to the latest version on your phone. Open the Galaxy store/ Playstore app> Search for Samsung Health/Galaxy wearable app> Update it. Then, uninstall and reinstall the apps on your phone and connect with the watch again. If the problem persists, verify the software update on your watch. Go to Settings>General>Update watch software. Samsung always recommends to keep the devices updated to the latest version to get a better experience from the device. If the issue still persists, reset your watch after a backup of the data. Otherwise, it will erase all the watch data. Please get back to us with the results.
