Hey Samsung Members,

 

As many of you are already aware, Android 13 and One UI 5.0 are finally launching in Canada! It’s time to upgrade your phone and enjoy all the new features and function optimization. Just wanted to let everyone know that while seeing many posts sharing their fantastic experience, we also closely observe those issues and bugs reported in our community. All the comments are being heard, and we are trying our best to fix those issues. Thanks for everyone’s patience, and I hope you guys have fun exploring this new update!

Kinda s ucks that the update for note 20 was supposed to be Nov 23 but it's not out and now Samsung page says December.. not sure why it's so hard to have actual dates and make them since Ya know Samsung is in charge of that lol

Don't be in a rush. I did the update to my note 20 ultra and now I can't use my mobile hotspot. And when doing wifi calling it ends the calls all of a sudden even when the wifi network is a perfectly stable connection.

Well, what is worst, is the fact that Samsung sells products that don't exist. All the phones on the website are actually JUST PICTURES. No real products. And they have no estimation on any delivery. They became the FTX of technology.

Where's the update for the tab S8 series?

Just did the update and system took up 77gb instead of 24gb before the update.
