Hi Samsung Members!

One UI 6 has been widely discussed among Galaxy users here in Canada and around the world. It is an exciting time as everyone eagerly waits for this upcoming major update, and I am just as thrilled! We appreciate your patience as all teams at Samsung are working hard to ensure the best One UI 6 update experience for you 🙌 .

 

While we are all patiently waiting for the rollout, share in the comments ✍️ : what was your favourite One UI 5 feature when it was first launched, and which One UI 6 feature you are most excited about?

When One UI 5 first launched, I was really excited about the huge improvements in animation and transition smoothness, which definitely made the experience of using my Galaxy smartphone even more enjoyable.

Lately, I have been trying to improve my photography skills 📷, and so I am really excited about the new AI camera features in One UI 6! From the improved camera interface to the upgraded photo editor layout, I cannot wait to take and edit more pictures. Great to see a Samsung Moderator, acknowledge the existence of the imminent One UI V6.0 Stable update! 

In past years, none of the Moderators ever mentioned OS version updates.. 

So good for you! 👍🏻

Moderators? You must know by now that moderators are not support. Moderators simply moderate comments and chat rooms,with the purpose of keeping any toxic comments. Was odd reading what you wrote "Great to see a Samsung Moderator, acknowledge the existence of..." Just stick with saying a Samsung Team Member.

You must know by now, that Samsung's "Moderators", are absolutely here for support. If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, it's probably a duck. 

While Samsung's "Moderators" may have the job of moderating Samsung Members, their interaction with the people here, is to attempt to answer questions and resolve issues.

I'll stick with whatever I choose.

My Camara quite working on my S20Ultra 5G. Will this update fix this. I've already done all the suggested work around plus a factory reset. It still tells me the front and rear Camara failed.

Since you've done what I would do, I think that it's time to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech. 

You could open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support and Phone Diagnostics, Run the Diagnostics for the Camera.

One UI V6.0 isn't going to fix it.

Thanks for your suggestion. I was thinking the same thing. Where I'm located in Canada my closest Samsung Service Centre is in Mississauga, Ontario over 200km from me. When I did a search for repairs Mobile Klinik came up. Are you aware or have you heard of their reputation.

Samsung canada is using Mobile klinik as authorized third party service centre in some cities including Mississauga. Note: not all Mobile klinik are authorized, they still repair.
