Those antibacterial, or even facial wipes work great. I usually use one before using the phone for drawing. The screen gets all smooth and glossy from a bit of alcohol in it.

I use eyeglass lens cleaner to clean my smartphone display. I spray once directly to microfibre cloth. And use it to clean my smartphone display.😃
