Keys cafe

I'm having issues with this module. Keys cafe has about 12 pre installed keyboard , and when I open Keys cafe to download one of there pre-installed keyboard it's always downloading something else. I've tried deleting cache partition and reboot. Nothing happens. I need advice please. Steve from Canada 🇨🇦 thanks.
