OthersWhat device do you have?
Did you try:
- A simple Reboot / Restart?
- Open Samsung Members & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for the the USB Port? See if you get any error messages?
- Still have issues, visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

OthersHi, please try the following steps and verify if it solves the issue.
Go to Settings >> Click on About phone >> Developer options >> Click on allow USB debugging >> Scroll down and click on Default USB configuration >> Select while charging phone only.
After that please restart your phone and see if it will fix the problem.

OthersIf they have not previously enabled Developer Options, Developer Options will not be visible.
To enable Dev Options, they would have to go to Settings >About Phone > Software Information & Click on the Build Number 7 Times to enable Dev Options.
