@RobertZ contacted me, as he has been unsuccessful in getting a resolution to his posts being immediately deleted. 

RobertZ contacted Samsung Support, and explained that he is able to login & post, but his posts are deleted right away. 

The description of the issue is quite straightforward, yet Samsung Support, clearly doesn't understand the simple issue. 

Samsung's reply:

"Dear Robert, 

Thank you for contacting Samsung Canada Customer Care. 

We understand that you're unable to login to the Samsung Members, we request you to please follow the below instructions to get this issue resolved.." 

OBVIOUSLY, Samsung Canada Customer Care, does NOT understand!

RobertZ is quite fluent in English, Samsung Canada Customer Care, apparently is not! 

He told them quite clearly that he has NO ISSUES LOGGING INTO Samsung Members Canada, but his posts disappear instantly. 

Perhaps @samsung_ben could look into this issue.

Unfortunately another shamefull example of how very poorly this site is run by all those that have control over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!🙄

Could thus app 's issue be a poor upgrade transmission ? Perhaps upgrading the OneUI may help ? I'm spitballing here.

Android version wouldn't make any difference, as long as you are connected to the Internet. 

They have no issues logging into Samsung Members, and no issues posting comments. Posts are just blindly being removed. 

Samsung's Spam Filter & Censor Bot need to learn English, and likely French. 

There's lots of words in English, that end with "ck", but words like "Ha*ck" are often replaced with "****", for no reason... other than the word ends with "ck".

I am not surprised as a Canadian that both English and French are not supported. Or that the Intelligence automatically removes anything suspected of being slang. The educational model for speech dysfluency seems to be a little over zealous.

Are his/her posts getting deleted because they're criticizing Samsung or getting deleted because of certain words?

Don't know, but I'm pretty sure that it's not because of posts critical of Samsung
