@RobertZ contacted me, as he has been unsuccessful in getting a resolution to his posts being immediately deleted. 

RobertZ contacted Samsung Support, and explained that he is able to login & post, but his posts are deleted right away. 

The description of the issue is quite straightforward, yet Samsung Support, clearly doesn't understand the simple issue. 

Samsung's reply:

"Dear Robert, 

Thank you for contacting Samsung Canada Customer Care. 

We understand that you're unable to login to the Samsung Members, we request you to please follow the below instructions to get this issue resolved.." 

OBVIOUSLY, Samsung Canada Customer Care, does NOT understand!

RobertZ is quite fluent in English, Samsung Canada Customer Care, apparently is not! 

He told them quite clearly that he has NO ISSUES LOGGING INTO Samsung Members Canada, but his posts disappear instantly. 

Perhaps @samsung_ben could look into this issue. 

Reading & Comprehension.. a lost art?
