I'm going insane right now. All I did was to update my software, and now all of my Gallery albums from internal storage are missing. I'm not synched. Istg, I'm going crazy. I'm so mad. Send help, Samsung!!!
I feel sorry about your loss maam. Um, I hope you'll back up every important files to your memory card next time so that when you update, nothing will be missing again. I hope Samsung has a solution to this.
Thanks! Yeah, it always happens when I least expect it. Now, I have to back everything up, be it on card, drive or cloud. Anyway, they're back. I don't really know which one worked because I've tried every single option last night.
