※ To use this service, agree to the Use of Location Information and Find My Mobile Privacy Notice is required.
※ Wearable devices must be connected to Galaxy Wearable app in order to add device on SmartThings Find.


How-to

  1. From SmartThings App

- Tap SmartThings Find promotion card.

 

  1. From SmartApps menu

- Tap (icon) from SmartThings main page, then tap SmartApps menu.

 

  1. From Galaxy Wearable App

- Tap SmartThings Find notification.

 

+ What is Offline Finding?

As one of the key features of SmartThings Find, once you opt-in to the ‘Offline finding,’ it will allow your phone to be found by other people's devices, which opt-in to the ‘Offline finding.’

It will also allow your phone to be used to scan for other people’s lost devices, which opt-in to the ‘Offline finding,’ that may be nearby.

 

#3 Find faster with detailed directions

It is difficult to locate your missing device only with a map.
Get extra support with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)

to track the missing device’s detailed location.


Search Nearby

BLE Finder detects the distance between the lost device

through the BLE signal and leads you to the device's location.

Once you’re close to the device, ring it to find more quickly.

How-to

  1. Enable ‘Notify me when it’s found’ to find your lost Galaxy device
  2. even if it’s not connected to the network.
    Popup message will appear when a lost device has been spotted.
  3. Tap ‘Navigate’ to track the lost device.
    Tap ‘Search nearby’ to locate the detailed location.

Hi Samsung. There's a clamor in social media right now about the green screen issue of the galaxy s20 series phones. Are you aware of this? Happens to phones that are just over a year old.
