M51 issue after the latest update

After updating my M51 it got a problem on its UI. At first, it had a ghost touch, I can't use the phone at all which lasted overnight. Now, some of the UI option is not responding such us the gear icon, search, power, menu buttons on the quick settings. Inside the settings, the back arrow and the search icon. Even here on the Samsung member app the search icon is unresponsive. Already tried all troubleshooting but it still have the problem. It really looks like the problem on the new software. It is clean, I even remove the screen protector.

I'm so sorry for this experience, imjonalyncruz. Have you tried doing a factory reset on your phone? It might be a software issue and doing a factory reset might help your phone's issue. You can perform a factory reset by following the step-by-step article on this link:

Make sure to back up your data first before doing a factory reset. You can back up your personal data by transferring it to an external SD card or PC through Smart Switch.
