🔹 What time does the booth open, and where is it located?
The Samsung Members | Fan Zone booth will be open from 9AM until 9PM. After ticket verification, you can find the booth inside Philippine Arena.
🔹 Is this benefit free and open for non- ENHYPEN ‘WALK THE LINE’ WORLD TOUR IN BULACAN ticket holders?
Yes, this is free! But this is a Samsung Members Exclusive Benefit for ENHYPEN ‘WALK THE LINE’ WORLD TOUR IN BULACAN ticket holders—so make sure you have yours ready.
🔹 Do I need to bring the device I used for registration, or is a confirmation screenshot enough?
To fully validate your registration, you’ll need to present a valid ID and your confirmation message. Bringing the Galaxy device you registered with is recommended, but if you registered using a Galaxy Tab, your valid ID and a screenshot of the confirmation message will be enough.
🔹 I registered using someone else's device. Can I still claim the benefit?
No, you can only claim the benefit if you registered under your OWN Galaxy device. Simply present your valid ID and confirmation screenshot. Note that if you’re claiming on behalf of someone else, it will not be allowed. Only the registered Samsung Members can claim the benefit.
🔹 I forgot to screenshot the confirmation message. What should I do?
No worries! You can still access it under the Samsung Members | Fan Zone Exclusive section in the Benefits tab. Just grab another screenshot!
🔹 Can I re-enter and customize multiple lanyards and photo cards if I registered multiple times?
Nope! Each person can only claim the benefit once, and it's valid for a single entry. Even if you registered with multiple Samsung Members accounts under your name, only one entry will be accepted.
