When I was sharing my photos to my chromebook, a pop-up came and told me that nearby share has become quick share, so why is that? And thanks

Google is working with Samsung to create a singular cross-android solution.
In the old days, only Samsung quick share able to talk to Samsung quick share. Now, quick share can talk to nearby sharing as well. Not all laptop has quick share, but most laptops have nearby sharing nowadays. Therefore, Samsung phones can send files not only to Samsung devices, but also any device which support nearby sharing. It is a good news. Not like Apple, they just talk to themselves.

I tried the quick share feature, but I didn't show my phone's name on my Chromebook since my phone is One UI 4, so what is the problem? And thanks.
