Facing unstable network issue. From low range of signal to no signal at all.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about the issue your'e facing with.

Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1: Settings >> Connections >> Wi-Fi >> W-Fi network >> Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

 2: Reset Network Settings: Setting >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Setting.

Its with the mobile network. Yes they dont have any problems. Its with the device itself
