If I don't have NFC on, I can't tap my CC at the back of my Note20U5G when I'm paying through the old GlobeOne app.

It's mostly used for terminals which enables you to pay via an app, Samsung Pay and Google Play leading the bunch, but sadly those aren't even available in our country at the moment. I use NFC to transfer files (Android Beam) to my friends to show off to our iPhone friends back then and it was fun while it lasted.
