I bought the frame tv thru Robinsons appliance online. Check with Samsung store online and customers service they're not helping. It's out stock I guessed. What's the used of buying the frame tv without the NO GAP wall mount. In the States the wall mount comes with the tv, not sold separately.
Lol. Didn't open it not until I have the no Gap wall mount. The reviews were fair enough. Since I'm not a gamer, I'm just happy to see it's beauty hanging in the wall and it's one connect box. In fairness, samsung tv are all performing well especially its picture quality the 4k resolutionQLED. But if u want a high end go for the Neo QLED QN90A or an LG OLED. But I'm happy with the frame tv only that there's no bracket available. Tried to order thru Amazon but wow march pa ang expected arrival and a bit pricey 🤣🤣🤣
Yes that's true, l also started with a samsung plasma, then a LED series 7, then a UHD, now upgrading to 2021 The Frame with regrets coz I can't hang it in my wall, only on my floor because they don't have the No Gap wall mount🤣🤣🤣 joke. They should include that bracket in the package.
