Why when I hear a sound like from my phone I start speaking like my mouth isn't even moving like what is it called? lip syncing? Can anybody help? I'm panicking about these things.
Why ask here? If this is about your health and it's bothering you that much, better go to a doctor. They are the only qualified ones who can give you an accurate answer, not the people here.
All the more reason to go to a real doctor. You also said you can't articulate well what you are feeling. So perhaps you have to be examined in person.
