I ordered buds2 pro online last 9/16, 4-5 days daw, but i still have not received it to this day, called the phone support pero wala din sila alam, not a very good experience, i only got the run around. #samsungonlinestore #poorservice

Hi! I ordered the same item and looks like there's a backlog due to stock supplies. You can also email them  together with the Order ID tat ph_shop@samsung.com. :) Hope that helps.
