Is penup not working? Says it can't login profile on mine...anybody having same issues?

Uninstall PenUp & Reinstall.. worked for me on my S23 Ultra One UI V6.1.

I'm using my S24U and my Tab S8U. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still can't log in. Hopefully, they can fix it soon because it seems like a system-wide issue on their side.

Hi agile1, please uninstall and reinstall the Penup app as said above and try again.

If that didn't work for you, you can perform Clear cache and Clear data for the app.

Go to Settings > Apps Search for PenUp and Click on it > Scroll down to Storage then tap on Clear Cache Clear Data for the app and reboot the device.

It seems the older phones can't log in...tried everything still no nothing

I tried everything other than clearing data and it still won't work. Would clearing my data delete all my work on the app?

It won't let me sign in with my Samsung account...they obviously messed up after the update...what now samsung?
