Have you made any of your apps a device Admin?
Is it your phone, or a company phone?

OthersOkay, the "SIM updated" message, certainly sounds like your SIM card is faulty, or it's not properly installed.
Power Off your device & Remove & Reinsert the SIM card. If you still see that message, even though you say you inserted a new SIM, I'd contact your Carrier & get another new one.
