Hi guys not a very literate tech guy here but my phone has been acting really messed up. Heats up like crazy when I have laid it down to rest. Data used when I'm not using it. Google location is taking me places we I am stationary and at home. I know what it sounds like. And I Har changed all my password and Sim and it's still doing it. Now I see this. I don't have a IT admin unless it's my carrier?

Help?

It's definitely not any Canadian Carrier that has Admin on your device.

Have you made any of your apps a device Admin?

Is it your phone, or a company phone?

No I'm very careful with that. I mostly use it for the internet and calls, streams, pics... the phone intermittently says my Sim is updated and sometimes when I make calls the person on the other side cant hear me but I can hear them.

Okay, the "SIM updated" message, certainly sounds like your SIM card is faulty, or it's not properly installed.

Power Off your device & Remove & Reinsert the SIM card. If you still see that message, even though you say you inserted a new SIM, I'd contact your Carrier & get another new one.

Also, the camera turns on and off intermittenly when I am using it. And a backup suddenly occurs in the cloud. But I didn't access he cam or the drive at all...

Is it a personal phone, or is it a company provided phone?
