There should be an app for the Hewlett Packard printer on the Google Play Store.

What make of printer do you have? There are printer manufacturer apps for different makes on the Google Play Store. I own an Epson EcoTank printer, found the Epson iPrint app on the Google Play Store, downloaded, installed it to my Galaxy S21 Ultra and configured the phone and app with the printer. Now I don't have to always login to my computer to print documents. I can do this from my phone.

Hi, we would like to inform you that You can connect the device to a printer via Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct, and print images or documents Some printers may not be compatible with the device.
You can add printer plug-ins for printers you want to connect the device to.
1 On the Settings screen, tap Connections → More connection settings → Printing → Download plugin.
2 Select a printer plug-in and install it.
3 Select the installed printer plug-in. The device will automatically search for printers that are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. Settings 131
4 Select a printer to add.
To add printers manually, tap → Add printer.

I've had Epson printers( just bought an EcoTank myself) as well and you don't even need the Epson iPrint app. You can also use the Samsung Print Service plug in app that will connect your Samsung device to any Wi-Fi enabled printer. Here's the link to the app in the Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.app.samsungprintservice. I have had only this app before and could connect. It's probably what Axton just mentioned.
